Abstracts submission
Please submit your abstract only after registering.
For logistical reasons, the number of posters we can accept will be limited.
The order of applications will be decisive.
In case of very high interest, the number of posters per participant will also be limited.
Submission instruction
Please download (link will be available soon) and fill abstract of your poster presentation, retaining the template formatting. Save your abstract as MS Word file (PDF files will not be accepted).
If you are submitting multiple abstracts, send each as a separate file together in one email, with the email title “NAME SURNAME Poster abstract”.
All the submissions will be evaluated due to the limited space for poster presentation.
Submit your abstract to the email address achhc@cbmm.lodz.pl.
After completing registration, you will be able to update the poster presentation title you entered in the registration form so it to make it match the submitted abstract. You’ll also be able to log in to the website and review the information you provided during registration (“My account” tab).

How to get to Łódź
By plane
Lodz Airport is located in the south-western part of the city, 6 km away from the city centre. The Airport location ensures fast access to the very centre of Lodz (approximately 30 minutes).
Direct access to the Lodz Airport is provided by the Bus Line No. 65A and 65B. The bus stops are located in front of Passenger Terminal.
There are several taxi stands in front of the passenger terminal. We recommend ordering a taxi by phone:

By Train
Łódź offers direct rail connections with major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław and Gdańsk. The current timetable is available here. Łódź Agglomeration Railway connects Łódź with other cities and towns in the province, such as Sieradz, Zduńska Wola, Łowicz, Kutno, Zgierz, Koluszki and Skierniewice.
By Coach
Łódź offers direct coach connections with Prague, Brno, Vienna and also Kraków, Toruń, Gdańsk, Kołobrzeg, Krynica Zdrój. Current timetables of the Flixbus company are available here.
By car
Łódź is located at the intersection of the A1 motorway, leading from the north to the south of Poland, and the A2 motorway, leading from the west to the east through Poznań and Warsaw. It’s connected with Wrocław by the S8 expressway. S
Transportation in Łódź
In Łódź, the same ticket can be used on buses, trams and local trains.
Valid MPK time-based tickets, 24-hour tickets and season tickets are also accepted on ŁKA and POLREGIO trains within the city at no additional cost.
The city fare zone extends to the following railway stations: Łódź Radogoszcz Zachód, Łódź Radogoszcz Wschód, Łódź Andrzejów and Łódź Lublinek.
When using a time-based ticket, the entire journey must be completed before the ticket expires.
